lol. that's ridiculous. Let's not call that late hit, targeting
personal foul, because the QB already threw the ball and it wasn't complete, so the late hit didn't affect the play.
Really, we should give the refs leeway on which rules to enforce based on what is happening in the game. Perhaps if a team is up by 3 TDs in the fourth quarter, they should just let a PI slide, because hey, the game, for all intents and purposes is over anyway.
