No my father bought a house and a BMW in 1977
On The salary of a social worker with a BS in his first year. the house was massive with a guest houses,i think it was 16k.. he rented the guest house out and that paid for his mortgage. That house is now 4 seperate apts .because of its size...anyway the point us a beand new bmw and a house on a first year social worker with a bs? Try that today..
