Only if there were 8 conference games

thus allowing byu to continue to play 4 other OOC games, namely against P5 opponents. And only if byu retains its rights and freedom for OOC home games and associated scheduling. Meaning for example, we could keep our already scheduled games against Stanford, USC, Mich St., Miss St, etc.
