realistically, perhaps you have a few million you can donate to the program every year so that we can pay for an elite head coach (that still won't guarantee anything, by the way - see Lane Kiffin, Steve Sarkisian, Charlie Strong, ad infinitum, all at programs that annually reel in top 10 recruiting classes) and coordinators that could be head coaches at other top level programs.

The "Cold Hard Truth" is that we do not have the fan base that will financially support what you propose, period. If you want it, then pony up.
