This is the Red Herring in Big 12 expansion, IMO
Geography is important, but bridging the gap for WVU is doing a favor for one school out of ten.
Houston could be doing Oklahoma a favor - and that counts more than bridging the gap to WVU.
Still, I think we eventually see the Big 12 add Houston and Cincinnati or Houston and Memphis.
