Warriors, Hawks, Spurs, Jazz just to name a few all have very similar sets with 3 out and a post and a corner. The fundamental offense is very similar.

That being said, Coach Rose has run a very similar offense since he became head coach - basic with a reverse counter. It was tailored last year to the dribble weave (no post presence). This isn't a case of there be no Jimmer. It's like Rose said. The talent is there to run his offense, but something just isn't clicking.
