My one criticism with Rose is this. He has some really streaky shooters and he'll sink or swim with those guys rather than open up his rotation and bring less experienced guys along, get them some confidence and up to game speed.

Last season for a bit Skyler Halford had gotten his season off to a slow start and became a forgotten man. Later when regular players were struggling and the team was in a funk, out of desperation Rose turned to Skyler and he was a game changer and a critical piece in our getting an NCAA tourney invite.

Rose needs to trust his recruiting and that the players he brought in can play and then give them an opportunity to find their niche, gain confidence and develop. Its nuts to stick so long in a game with a player who is 3-14 from the floor and isn't especially good on the defensive end. Or two players who are having similar games.
