In Madden, they calculate different composites depending on role. For example, to get the composite for a WR, they calculate (.5*SPD + .3*HND + .2*RTE). Whereas for an RB, it might be (.4*SPD + .2*BTK +.2*STR +.2*CAR)
Same thing here. Player development and staff management would factor huge in an HC composite, while OKN would factor larger into an OC role.
All that said, you've also made me think that maybe I need to add a rating for player/team discipline, to help further differentiate Bronco/Crowton.
