What evidence do you have that being black

made a difference with Sherman getting into Stanford? I don't know Sherman's SAT or ACT, but it is pretty well advertised that he excelled in high school (4.2 GPA) even with the huge disadvantages that he had growing up. He also did well at Stanford and got a degree.
