Um...get rid of some of the largest employers for a 15-20 day/year occurrence?
Just "getting rid" of those businesses is no small thing, and I'm sure you have no real idea of the amount of people that would affect.
And you'd have to move them pretty far so that they wouldn't still have SOME impact. So they should totally take their business elsewhere, right?
