Teach. That doesn't mean to be a jerk to guys, but that relationship of I'm the sensei and you're the grasshopper needs to be there. I admire J Wooden a lot and have read his books. I think he embodies the best of a coach. I like Roses style in this regard though I admittedly don't know him well.
