Of course Emery isn't trying to rack up assists---he's not asked to be the PG. Rose wants him attacking and scoring. Nick Emery is the best on the team at not turning the ball over. He would make a fine point guard if he was asked to be at the beginning of the year.

On KC--he's very effective in the post when guarded b--bigger guys can't keep him from beating them to the basket in the paint. KC would still be a facilitator at the 4---Basketball has changed---analytics has shown that it is extremely inefficient to play with your back to the basket in a normal post up. KC would be able to take advantage of slower big men by blowing past them with his speed/dribbling. KC will still rack up assists--just in a bit of a different way.

It is kind of a pointless debate since KC is graduating soon anyways.
