If my dog displayed that behavior I would have removed him from the situation.

We have been very careful and conscientious about our dog's socialization to ensure no reactions like what is on the tape don't occur with him. Additionally there is no way that dog has earned the Canine Good Citizen designation. My dog that I consider trained but not "well" trained is still several steps away from that designation. As he still is too easily distracted off leash to complete some of the requirements. The dog in the video no way he comes close to receiving that designation from a reputable assessor.
