LOL. That's rich. You should have seen the amount of coursework my wife just had to go through for the last 2 years to get that "minimal understanding" and that was just to become a Physical Therapist Assistant.

If knowing how the human body works from top to bottom, every muscle group and how they all work together, every nerve and where and how they connect together etc etc is "minimal understanding" I'd hate to see what you think is actual understanding. It's a bit more than simply holding their hands to help them walk.
