90% of aspects of major college football is overkill. Do you wanna compete at
the highest level which means not only actual play but facilities and amenities also, or do you prefer to just put in a "good enough" effort?
In some cases BYU does good in terms of facilities and amenities in other area's they are decades behind.
Also what makes people think the neighborhood turned it down?
