At the MTC and that neighborhood is crazy. They complained about a new large building at MTC, so the church re-worked plans and now the buildings aren't as high and are on the south of the MTC property (where the old BYU laundry is).
That neighborhood had given fits to the church about MTC and LES.
Oh, and we've done all these things without P5 money.
