Did you miss concolor's post with the copy of the Provo City Planning Commission

Minutes? I think you did. The minutes detailed how BYU had to obtain a conditional use permit for the scoreboard expansion in 1996. It then detailed how BYU requested that the 1996 Special Use Permit be amended to allow for what BYU wanted to do. It further listed neighbor complaints.

You're flat out wrong. And if you want to avoid looking dumb you'll read the post I'm referencing and admit it. While unnecessary, apologizing to me because I knew something you didn't might be a nice touch.
