The important thing about Sunday's is the number of steps taken.
There's a huge difference between a couple hundred steps and like ten thousand steps. I would recommend getting a fit bit or pedometer so you can keep track of it. During the football games they take lots of steps, have you seen the drills they do in warm ups? During travel they take much fewer steps.

Also it's important to not spend very much money on Sundays and if you have to, leave the money hanging out of your shirt picket a little so people can just grab what they need and you don't actually have to physically hand then money. Lots of people spend money on the spot at games, unlike travel where most of the money exchanged hands weeks or even months before.

Also you must not seek healing aka doctors on the Sabbath. During games players get hurt and need medical attention, during travel there are not near as many injuries. So travel is more ok.

Now it's also important to disfigured your face just right, especially on fast Sunday, but that's a whole other topic for a different day.

What I'm trying to say is, that looking for justification for everything makes you miss the while point of the Gospel. The Pharisees gave us all these great examples.
