That makes a lot of sense, you are correct for the most part
However there have been some very ridiculous self inflicted turnovers in this game during utah's 5 game winning streak!

2010- Utah shanks a punt that just happens to hit a BYU player in the back as he is blocking a ute. Utah recovers.
2011- On a kickoff our returner lets the ball bounce off his face mask and the utes recover at the 3. Same game, the ball is handed off to running back who fumbles the ball before even being touched utes recover. Same game, ball is snapped over QBs head, QB is scared to jump on it so ute does and scores a TD.
2012- Ball is snapped before QB is ready, goes between his legs, BYU player chasing the ball jumps on it causing the ball to bounce up in the air, a ute DB is running by at this very moment and the ball falls right into his arms, ute DB returns the ball 67 yards for a TD.
2015 bowl game- The utes got to Tanner early causing all those tip balls, but how lucky was it that all of them just happened to go directly to ute players. I've never seen so many batted balls being intercepted and basically go for 3 pick 6's. one was returned to the 3 yard line so I'm counting that one. I mean couldn't some of those just fall harmlessly to the ground, like what happens in most games when balls are tipped!! Or maybe just one of them!! Holy GEEZ!!!

Many turnovers in the game the past 5 years have had nothing to do with the utes having such a fast Defense, these are the turnovers that drive me to want to drink!!
