The MWC and AAC are trying to get their teams into the playoffs too. SOS is a big factor. If BIG 12 does allow their teams to schedule with AAC or MWC for a period of time that would be an excellent way of flexing the muscle. Doesn't cost much either. Could also offer to schedule games or negotiate bowl agreements with them for lesser bowls. Lots of muscle to flex in BIG 12 if they need too. Money helps too.
