We have to believe one of those schools was Texas. If that was their demand, and it was granted, why make any public statements (twitter or otherwise) supporting a certain school? You already get unilateral decision making power. If it's Houston you want, just choose Houston.

The fact that they are campaigning publicly leads me to believe they don't have the unilateral power this would carry. And if Texas isn't one of the schools, I don't believe this happened. So in summary, I don't buy it.
