You just fudge a little and say that you were resisting or that you said no, but he just didn't hear or that he was too coercive and you weren't able to articulate no or whatever. You lie until it's clear you're lying and then change your story to your subjective belief that you were raped. Never be too clear with details. Drag it out long enough and it becomes immaterial since you've graduated.
