IMO, BYU should demand better terms if the Big12 is expanding by 4. By so doing, the Big12 will be indicating that it's a money grab, and that they don't have post-2024 plans. If they only expand 2, however, that's a much better situation for BYU to get into. So a severe haircut is more warranted.
