A good start would be to acquire the section of Stadium Drive between the parking lot and the stadium so they can make significant improvements to west stands. Rebuild it with better luxury boxes, more concessions, modern seating, an expanded Cougar Club room and a mini-studio for BYUtv Sports. After that they can refresh the east stands if things are going well. The north and south stands can be refreshed whenever they can expand one or both of the video boards.
