try and make it more accessible via trax and other public transport methods to help ease traffic. I think traffic and lack of conference affiliation are possibly the reasons for not selling out every game and so those would go a long way to more sell outs. Before BYU does this, they'd obviously have to sell out every game for like 3-5 years

One thing I could see them realistically doing is demolishing the west stands, building a new structure that can successfully connect with the end zone structures, and revamping the luxury seating. You'd have a partial wrap-around with a stand alone east stands.
