The stadium was originally going to expand to 82K with a full bowl, but it would

have cost 2x what the current build did. They didn't think they would sell it out, but the population has doubled since then. The schools with great finances all have huge stadiums. The best thing is to probably have a 100K stadium designed that can be build in phases. 70K phase I, 85K phase II and 100K phase III over a 20-30 year period. But it needs suits and probably a retractable roof
