have anyone that claims to know what's happening within the big12 itself. In other words, he's gathering other folks opinions and speculation and forming his own opinions and speculations based on those conversations. I'm not saying his speculation isn't logical or that it isn't true. I'm just saying that he hasn't talked to anybody that knows what the current conversation is among big12 presidents. Notice that most of the reaction he gathered from those that he talked to was regarding Boren's comments, and not specifically about BYU or any other candidate. As they have been for weeks now, folks are speculating that it would be difficult for the big12 to invite BYU because of the LGBT issue. The only thing new this week is the student government resolutions that have given a bit of new life to the subject.
