They know what's not working, and why. They also know, or are quickly finding out, what talent they have to work with. Figuring out a way to put that together to form a winning strategy is more difficult, but they'll get there. As I say in a longer post, there is nobody that is OK with how the offense is going, and nobody is going to get much sleep until the offense starts producing. Angst and anger from the fans won't help move things along any faster. A new staff deserves some patience from us.
