Higher rated recruits generally do not commit early...
They have a lot of suitors and a lot of choices and tend to take their time and commit toward the end.
I'd like to see BYUs offer list at this point, that way we can see if there are some higher rated recruits they are trying to get that have not committed anywhere yet. Then we'll have to wait until signing day and see how many of them they wind up getting.
