It does seem this way. Many like to do the stupid hat "ceremony" and make
the decision as dramatic as possible. Highly rated recruits also want to milk things out and go on official visits and get as much attention as they can. I don't blame them, it'd be hard to be committed to one school while making other visits. I would wait til the last minute to make my decision if I were in their shoes.
