Could be argued even w/ TH running, the fact the back end of the D has little to
fear on certain routes & anything over 20 yds. Makes it much easier to bring help to run game & dink/dunk routes & RBs in the flat. Hopin they return, but
Taysoms legs aren't threat they once were.
Man coverage on the outside is sufficient for deeper routes due to failure to complete & not getting enough time/pocket against better DLs. Stop run, bring pressure & give us short throws short of 1st down marker. The mystique & fear of Taysom can only be restored by him punishing D's downfield "betcha can't complete enough downfield to matter" approach to scheme. Even w all the struggles, easily could should be 3-1 or 4-0. Not being to able convert TOs into touchdowns kills us.
