He is 96th in the nation in raw QBR, and 59th in adjusted QBR (60.4) which
adjusts for strength of schedule. If you consider him the 59th best QB in the nation so far this year, that's quite a bit below where many expected him to be and a bit below what Tanner did last year (he was rated 29th in QBR last year at 70.7), but it's not what I would consider to be terrible.
