Taysom had all day to throw it - if he chooses not to and just holds the ball
then the rush is going to get to him. In the first quarter, Toledo due to the first pass of the game had to respect his arm; that changed as he continued to not be able to complete passes. So they stacked the box and made him throw it.
Detmer made the huge adjustment at half to do play action and give quick throws to the FB and TE - that adjustment is what won the game for them; that and jamaal running like a beast and the O-Line dominating up front.
