I totally agree. When he is standing in the pocket waiting for receivers to make their break, his timing is just off. He does not seem to anticipate when a receiver is going to be open. But when he is rolling out, and can see receivers dragging across the field, then he is a much more effective passer. I really liked in the second half that they were throwing to the tight end crossing, and a couple to RB\FB swinging out of the backfield.
