Everyone on the team and coaching staff want Taysom as the starter
It's time the fanbase gets behind the decision. Tanner is a great passer, but he also got shutout against Michigan, had three really costly turnovers against Utah, and doesn't provide much of a run threat.
This whole "Start Mangum" thing needs to stop. The quarterback is the general, and you can't call for a new one because they make a few mistakes. No one knows how good Tanner is with this offense, so it's silly to argue that you know better than Ty freaking Detmer (who's played with and coached guys like Brett Favre and Steve Young) who should be out there. You're putting way higher expectations and pressure on Tanner when you say things like 'Tanner is a better fit with this offense.' The fact is, we've never seen Tanner run the offense, so you can't know that.
The fact still remains that we have two studs at QB and Tanner is gonna be a heckuva player, but if coaches and players say Taysom is our guy, I'm behind them 110%

For Taysom... yes, cause it's obvious that they aren't going to bench him no matter how bad he sucks
