It's true. Average state schools all have about the same level of difficulty for
classwork. Of course Cal or Michigan are different, but Utah, Arkansas, Mizzou, Arizona, etc. are all about the same. Large private schools are also about the same, ie Syracuse & BYU. Ergo, claiming that undergrad classes at any of these type of schools is more difficult than the others is incorrect.
