When has a deserving team WCC team ever been "shut out" of the tourney?
It has nothing to do with the WCC being a 1, 2, or 3 bid league. If the team is good enough, they get in.

Yes. mental sharpness is equally important, may take even longer, and included in what i mean. i usually specify both.
