I got home from my mission 2 years ago and it took me 2 1/2 months
of busting my butt to get in the best shape of my life. I know I'm not a D1 athlete but I played football and bball in high school. I'm sure these guys that have been home for 6-7 months with D1 training will be just fine.

Yes. mental sharpness is equally important, may take even longer, and included in what i mean. i usually specify both.
