I think you are correct physical conditioning is a huge barrier for these guys, but I would add mental conditioning that keeps them from a high level of play. 2 years without basketball and the competitive aspect of games, practicing every day and all the things ellite athletes do is a big deal IMO. To me, Haws is BARELY starting to get any semblance of that part of the game back and he has been back the longest and comes from a family that has an insane work ethic and focus on the details. I agree with your February timeline but think they have to get all the mental parts of the game firing as fast and hard as their bodies to compete at a high level.
