Now THAT I really hate. It IS a dog, not a human baby. They can walk. They're an

animal. Animals can walk pretty much soon after they are born. No reason for a stroller. Unless the dog has some health problem that literally prevents them from walking, they might have a stroller so they can still get out and smell things. But that's rare that a dog can't walk at all.
