So, basically you are admitting that you damaged property during the commision

of a domestic violence argument? That consitutes a criminal violation of the state statute for Criminal Mischief in most states. Just wait until your kid serves you with a protective order and you arent allowed back in your house, but you will be required by law to continue paying for it.
