Ty Detmer. Ty truly is a legend. 1990 is when I really became a BYU fan (so I'm leaving off pre-1990s players)
Eli Herring. Love that he did something hard (not go pro)... I even named my oldest kid after him.
Matt Payne. I never thought I'd love watching a punter so much... of course,
Johnny Linehan. I never thought I'd love reading tweets so much.
Brady Poppinga. I don't think I've ever seen someone hit as hard (at the Y)
Kyle Van Noy. The SDSU bowl game is the single best individual game I've ever seen a defensive player have. At any level.
Luke Staley. He just plain dominated. I love JSwag but I don't think he is even close to Staley.
Taysom Hill. After Staley, most dominant individual player on the list (when fully healthy).
Paul Lasike. I love rugby, and I loved this play (it's a rugby one but he did the same thing for the football team, he just wore pads)
