Morning Rant: I hate how businesses have been successful in creating a culture
where it is taboo to discuss salary with anyone in the organization. It only benefits the businesses. I understand why they do it from their perspective, but why do employees so willingly go along with it?
I would like to create a culture where it is taboo for employers to discuss how well employees are performing. Seems like a fair turnabout.
