I love to hear this - Mental Health is stigamtized more than I would like

When I talk about seeing my therapist, I get weird looks. But if I were to talk about seeing a physical therapist for rehab, I would not get the same response .

It's even tougher for an athlete in the most masculine sports culture in the world.

Good for him, I have incredibly high expectations for Tanner, he just seems capital R, Right.
