the tight moderation here does help to preserve a cleaner and more upbeat board and I agree with you, but it also is true that it is overdone at times, especially the punishment aspect which is pretty similar to the honor code, encourage narks then pounce with no mercy. Basically people are grounded like they're children for some pretty minor stuff.

I'm not sure you can have it both ways, meaning more lax on the punishments while still preserving the standards el jefe wants but I'd sure like to see you guys try because there are times where the moderation here is absolutely ridiculous.
