Jason Fanaika had about 20 and 10 in two years at Utah. He didn't get drafted. Gionni Paul didn't get drafted. Norris wasn't drafted. Loads and loads of very good players aren't NFL guys. Guys who were great in college and important/key parts of great units. Tuiaki recruited, developed, and coached more than two important pieces for Utah's past, present, and future D.
You can't credit Anderson for something 10-15 years ago. CFB changes too much. Things can go up and down season by season for teams. What he did a long time ago may not have any relevance anymore. You cannot credit him for what is. And you cannot credit him for something he wasn't a part of in recent years. I'm not sure how that makes sense. Him doing well way back did not guarantee the next guy/guys would so long afterward.
I never said Sitake built it from scratch but come on. That's a lack of understanding of college football to suggest such a thing. Landscape changes way too much. You might want to look at the guys both, including Tuiaki, had a role in recruiting and developing before you say little credit. Ridiculous.
