Can someone explain to me why Detmer's offense would only be partially implement

ed? I get that it's a lot for current players to take on, but once his offense is fully implemented in the next year or two, all the new players are going to have to learn it all at once anyway. So why wait? Probably a dumb question, but I know some of you guys are wondering the same thing
