You know, this seems to be your response to a lot of these types of posts.
Write off the poster's stated experience and basically say their perspective is irrelevant. Look at all the POTDs Bert609's post received. The inconsistent moderation of this board is a point of annoyance to many of your customers, you would be wise to not get defensive and write off their experiences.
