You took time to research his past posts, controversial opinions expressed by the poster, brought forth his topic which was not a part of his discussion.

Everyone else gets slapped down by your mods for discussing posts that received suspensions.

He is right. You would be wise to not dismiss your customers with a wave of your hand. Some of your mods are so inconsistent, trolls with power to suspend, troll on an appeal thread. Stir the pot, and band together to support each other instead of individual thought.

If the right person cane along, with a more customer friendly approach, the right management... would steal your customers away because there is a lot of angst about this board
