I understand wanting to defend your business. Point being, you look petty
calling out customers on the main board. If you were at a store or restaurant and saw the owner rolling their eyes or being dismissive towards a customer, you'd think the owner wasn't acting very professionally. Same applies here, trying to set the record straight just makes it look like you don't listen to customer complaints.
